There are still open positions on the Committee:

Treasurer - If you are good with numbers, digital tools, and are interested in learning some basic accounting pronciples, this is for you!

What you’ll help with:
💵 Paying suppliers, referees, and club expenses
🧾 Reconciling player fees, sponsorships, vouchers, grants, and canteen income
💰 Tracking payment plans and outstanding fees
👓 Submitting quarterly BAS with accountant support
🗒️ Keeping our financial processes smooth and efficient

Sponsorship - perfect for someone who is good with people, building relationships and seeking out opportunities.

In this role, you’ll:
📝 Lead the club’s financial growth sub-committee
📈 Work with the executive to identify opportunities to grow the club financially
💸 Seek out and apply for grants with support from the President and Executive
🎙️ Maintain regular contact with existing sponsors
✅ Deliver value to sponsors throughout the season and ensure obligations are met
🤝 Identify, approach, and secure potential new sponsors
👀 Help boost the club’s visibility and exposure

Canteen Officer - Help organise our amazing canteen.

Responsibilities:
📦 Keep track of and replenish stock levels
🏐 Open up and set up on Game Days
📋 Manage the canteen roster for volunteers to run the canteen
🪪 RSA and/or RP desirable

Junior Coordinator - Take charge of our thriving juniors program!

What you’ll help with:
🗂️ Chairing junior meetings and sharing updates with the main committee
📯 Appointing junior coaches and making sure each team is supported
⏰ Coordinating training times, locations, and weekly logistics
🎽 Working with the Junior Admin Officer for uniform enquiries
🏐 Liaising with VSA on junior-related matters

There are also a number of Sub-Committee positions available! The Sub-Committee roles are smaller in nature and work side-by-side with other Committee members. These are perfect if you have inconsistent availibility or can only help out in a smaller capacity.
